Upon arrival, we provide masks for guests who request them and have hand sanitizer dispensers in common areas, providing a safe and tranquil environment.

Our staff stays updated on the latest Ministry of Health directives and diligently follows all protocols for COVID-19 prevention and containment. You can rest assured that your stay will be safe and serene.

Additionally, Adriano will be available during check-in to provide detailed information and recommendations about Verona and its surroundings. You can rely on him for restaurant suggestions and more. He will also provide you with a city map to help you navigate during your visit.

Upon request, Adriano can arrange taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, free printing of train tickets or boarding passes, and assist you in organizing guided tours by selecting a companion/translator for you.
